It is about improving one’s lifestyle and assisting them to not only follow through with their short-term goals but also their long-term ambitions.

Bikram’s former occupation led him to become aware of the sedentary lifestyles of people around him. It then became apparent to him that incorporating manual therapy and movement into one’s daily routine can greatly enhance their quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Bikram is constantly seeking to increase his knowledge base and repertoire of techniques. He also has long-term future ambitions of mentoring young Myotherapists in the industry to become the best practitioners that they can be.

Bikram’s positive and easy-going nature allows him to easily connect and engage with his patients.
